I have been on it for @ 3 weeks now, I quit smoking 2 weeks ago. It makes cigarettes taste bad, and once you have been quit for a few days you can smell just how nasty they are. I was in the drive thru the other day and the lady behind me was smoking, I had to roll up my windows because it grossed me out. If you do have a smoke when your on it, it kinda makes you nauseous, and you can't believe you even wanted a drag. You do have to have some will power, and it costs a lot, and there is no guarantee. 4 of my friends and myself have all quit with it, no one I know has not been able to quit on it. It is about $120 /mo here, but if you smoke a pack a day, at $5 a pack, it pays for itself in 24 days, so if it works for you it really is a deal.
