1 oz!. dandelion leaves
2/3 oz!. nettle leaves
2/3 oz!. spearmint leaves
Steep in 1 cup boiling water for about 10 minutes!. Strain; drink!. This tea aids metabolism and stimulates the kidneys which reduces bloating and fluid retention!.Www@Youqa@Cn
