Question: How do I get my self to sleep in later.?
So it goes like this, The school year ends (WOOO-HOOO!!!) and during the year I had to wake up at 7:00 AM every day and now that its summer I want to sleep in but I can't no matter how late I stay up, What can I do so that I can sleep in.?Health Question & Answer

Why do you want to.? Your body is in a rhythm and why mess with that.. Maybe your naturally a morning person whether you want to be or not.. Just get on with your day.. Obviously, your not tired or you will still be sleeping.. But I guess you could try staying up late then it would make you start sleeping later..good luck..Health Question & Answer
