What is the best sleeping aid you can get over the counter?!

Tylenol brand makes "tylenol pm"and "simply sleep".. If you need a pain reliever and sleep aid use tylenol pm, otherwise their other product "simply sleep" has the same sleep aid as tylenol pm w/o pain relief.. Both are good..
Or if you live near Wal-Mart they have a sleep aid that is just as good for half the price called Equate sleep aid..Health Question & Answer
