There are two ways to become involved in anesthesia.. Either become an anesthesiologist, or become a nurse anesthetist.. Either way it is going to take years of study and thousands of dollars.. Consult your local college for courses of study, preferably a nursing school to start.. Or you can go full out and take your MCATs, apply to medical school, get your MD and then study anesthesia..
