Question: I was diagnosed with Gall Stones & Kidney Stones.. Are there any holistic ways to help combat these.?
I already know about a low fat diet, low dairy, etc, exercise and such.. I'm waiting to see my doctor after a stint at the E..R.. with these lovely stones.. Anyone out there know of any natural or holistic remedies for these problems.? A flush/cleanse, supplement, diet, herb, anything.?

i've had both, the gall stones are still there but no symptoms so doc said better left alone.. drinking tons of water hasn't helped with the kidney stones but lithotripsy isn't that bad plus you get cool pain meds..Health Question & Answer
