I call it the rack!!! =)........but I believe it is called a back extension machine.. It pulls the vertebrae and allows the disks to fall back into the normal position.. It supposedly helps with bulging disks.. I have personally used one of these machines when I was in physical therapy for a ruptured and bulging disk.. I suppose it worked........I still have pain, but not as bad..Health Question & Answer
