When a naturopath gives a bottle of mixed herbs, how long do they stay fresh and still effective.? Is 2 months too long to keep them.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
2 months is fine, as long as the herbs are in the closed bottle, and not in a hot place.. Freezing is best for unlimited longevity..Health Question & Answer
