Bach Flower remedies are ideally taken four drops four times a Day ................ The drops are taken Under the tongue, from a dosage bottle.................. alternatively, put the drops in a glass of water and sip slowly.......... The remedies should be taken upon rising and at bedtime, and also just before lunch and before the Evening meal..

I use the Bach and the Australian remedies with my cats and shelter animals.. You just shake the bottle well and put a few drops on the animal's fur or paws..
The flower essences are energetic in nature and do NOT have to be ingested to have their effect..
When I give Rescue Remedy to people I suggest they put a few droppersful in a bottle of filtered water and sip it throughout the day or night.. You can also dab some drops on your ears or wrists like you would perfume..Health Question & Answer
