Question: 5-htp dosage intake.?
I was wondering instead of taking three 50 mg pills at (breakfast/lunch/dinner) .. Could I take 3 pills all at once.?Health Question & Answer

No.. That could overload your system much easier than taking 3 separate doses..
Think of the same question with a different item.. If you took 8 glasses of water (about half a gallon) and tried to drink it all at once instead of throughout the day, would that be safe for you or easy for your body to assimilate.? ;-)
When something is recommended to be spread out throughout the day, it's most commonly so your system can absorb it or so that you can feel the benefits throughout the day..
