Question: Will children's motrin work for a teen(18).?
I just took some children's pain reliever liquid motrin in the hopes of helping reduce menstrual cramps--so will the motrin function correctly for a teen also, or is it specifically just for children.?

Yes, it works just fine.. Children's motrin is simply a lower dosage.. You may need to take more to relieve your symtoms or you may be fine because you only need a low dosage for your cramps..
By the way, try a good flavored pudding to swallow your pills with.. You can usually "hide" them in a big swallow and it goes down smoothly and taste good :)Health Question & Answer

yes I took it all the time.. I had a TERRIBLE time swallowing pills.. It works fine as long as you take the recommended doses at the specified times.. Look on the label, it might even have adult dosage.. It should say "Children and adults over 12 years of age.." I keep a bottle on hand, regular Ibuprofin hurts my stomach sometimes and this kills the pain without the tummy ache!Health Question & Answer
