i have a really bad sore throat What is the best thing to do so i dont have to go to the doctors haha! i hate the doctors but is there anything i can do or any good medicanes.?Health Question & Answer

eat one of those halls mint things for sore throats or drink hot tea and carefully drink little by little but do not eat anything and relax; try to no talk too much and stay tucked in bed but do not pull the sheets farther up then your shoulders because that makes you worser..
Eat Hot chicken noodle soup..Almost to the point where you can't eat it cause its too hot..
wear a scarf make sure your neck stays warm
drink alot of hot liquids to ssothe your throat
drink lemon and peppermint in your tea

gargle with vinegar and very warm water.. Or with salt water.. Take mega doses of Vitamin C...... preferably ester C ( the acid has been taken out) and stay warm.. You should gargle several the first day..

You could make a tea of 3 cups of water and 3 chopped cloves of garlic.. Bring just to a boil and remove from heat.. Add 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup lemon juice..
