Can u buy depression pills or do u have to have a prescription?!

There are certain vitamin supplements like magnesium, I believe, that are supposed to help with mental health, etc.. I think it is much more wise to be assessed by a doctor, though.. Especially if your depression is severe or crippling..Health Question & Answer
