Has anyone nottice a change to there skin after taking vitamin E tablets.. If so how long before you notticed it.. Thanks xHealth Question & Answer

i personaly have been taking vitamin e liquid jels every day for about a year now and i have not seen any change in the color of my skin or texture of it.. of course im only 18 and i have young skin yet.. im not sure about elderly folks.. maybe they have seen a diffrence in there skin.. but i have never seen a change in skin from anyone that ive known to take vitamin e pillsHealth Question & Answer
