High quality B vitamin supplement?!

Question: High quality B vitamin supplement.?
Can anyone recommend one.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Truth be told, any answer given here will just be personal opinion (I can give you my opinion if you'd like).. There are many higher quality companies out there that are readily available and well priced...... just make sure the company has a good rating with either the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or USP (U..S.. Pharmacopoeia), as those are the main quality assurance organizations (USP is for the U..S.., GMP is for the U..S.. and worldwide)..

[edit]: Regarding one of the other answers, there are a total of 11 B Vitamins in a complex.. Yes, there are only 6 that are commonly numbered, but the "non-numbered ones" (Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, etc) typically have numbers, even if they aren't commonly referred to with them..
Most B complex will probably have Thamin (B-1), Riboflavin (B-2), Niacin (B-3), Pantothenic Acid (B-5), Pyridoxine (B-6), and Cyanocobalamin (B-12)...... but some of those may be in different forms, because there are different varieties available for each of those.. The rest that all the good B complexes should have are Biotin (B-7), Folic Acid (B-9), Choline, Inositol, and PABA..
And as far as my opinion is concerned, I get all my supplements from .swansonvitamins..com/" rel="nofollow">http://www..swansonvitamins..com/ because they guarantee the best quality and lowest prices in the countryHealth Question & Answer

What's important is to get a "B complex" (usually 6 B's).. The B vitamins work best in tandem with one another.. Other than that, brand is more or less secondary.. I personally feel better on a brand called "Rainbow Lite.."Health Question & Answer

I take and recommend Shaklee's B-Complex.. What makes this product unique is that it's formulated so that the hard-to-absorb but critical B vitamin called folic acid is readily absorbed..Health Question & Answer

When taking B-12 supplements, make sure you take a methylcobalamin form as opposed to Cyanocobalamin form since it is difficult for the body to absorb..Health Question & Answer
