lol I love GIL..'s answer..
I suggest sitting on the side of the bathtub, starting with warm water, slowly increase the temperature as hot as you want it, then bring it back down to help refresh your feet..
One thing I love after a hard day on my feet is to take a basin of water, fill it with warm water, and place 3 drops of peppermint oil in it, stirring with your feet..
Not only is the smell comforting, but the cooling effect is delightfull..
Afterwards, take either an exfoliating cream, or a pumice stone/loofa and scrub away all the dead skin and rinse with clean cool water..
Then take some really good mosturiser and give your feet a nice massage, put on some slippers or soft socks, and go to bed!
(lather on the moisturiser too, it'll make them feel great!)
Hope this helps!
