Question: Anything to do while on SAM e.?
Okay I want to start taking SAM e for mild depression...... Is there anything that I need to do before hand or during.? I heard that you have to have good b vitamins or something idk.... ITs 400mg per day so.......?Health Question & Answer

The only thing you would *need* to do before taking SAMe would be to "consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or nursing, taking antidepressant medication, or if you have bipolar disorder" (from the warning on the bottle)..
B vitamins are good for stress, energy, and cardiovascular health, so they can help with various things.. You wouldn't specifically need to take them with SAMe, but they wouldn't hurt either..Health Question & Answer
