Answers:
The shoulders are pretty good as massaging those muscles releases tension in the neck and can relieve headaches and a surprising number of structural issues..

The feet are always good from a reflexology point of view, and they're quite nice to manipulate.. You tend to get a good response from feet..

Another good spot - ideally if you're massaging a partner - is the bottom.. So many muscles have ends or beginnings in the bottom, and the lower back takes a lot of the pressure of the body.. The muscles in the bottom are also responsible for a startling number of structural issues in the back, and so my sports masseur told me that most people go in for corrections in their backs, he rubs their bums, and they come out feeling great! Think of the bottom as running from the lower back to the tops of the thighs, and you should cover a lot of the muscles that can get very tense.. Bum rubs feel nice, and are quite pleasant to give if the recipient has a good bum!

Make sure you use a little lubricant, such as almond oil or sesame oil, and if you want to throw in a couple of drops of essential oil it can be really quite a pleasant experience..Health Question & Answer

The best of all "Feet".. if you can use some massage oil and work gently with your thumbs, been very careful because each area represents your organs, and believe me it can really make you feel better and stress free, if it hurt try not to pressure to much till the pain stop, that only means is the area of your body where you are having problems, do this to your significant other and will be so happy..
you can get some reflexology charts to know which area represent what part of your body or organs.. I can honestly tell you this alone keep me away fromDr'ss.. Health Question & Answer
