There are a couple different ways to answer this..
First, the one with the most quantity of EPA and DHA (a couple Omega-3 fatty acids) will be the Fish Oil; Krill Oil has less Omega-3, but more of other stuff (carotenoids, Astaxanthin, etc), plus it's MUCH more expensive.. I haven't heard of Sacha Inchi, but it seems (after a quick search on Yahoo) that it has about the same amount of Omega-3 fatty acids as Flax Oil, but is a little higher on the Omega-6 fatty acids..
As a side note, the Cod Liver Oil doesn't have as much EPA or DHA has the same dose of Fish OIl, but it does have Vitamins A and D, so you should be careful not to take too much of both of those in the same day..

The main difference between the Fish/Krill Oil and Flax/Sacha Inchi is that Fish/Krill Oil have the Omega-3 fatty acids of EPA and DHA while Sacha Inchi has ALA.. ALA primarily has benefits for cardiovascular health, but EPA and DHA combines have benefits for cardiovascular health, heart health, brain health, and skin health.. also, Sacha Inchi has the Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids as well, which can help with skin health, hormonal health, and heart health..

All that being said, I would say either #1 or 3, depending on your opinion of the taste of each and depending on the benefits you'd like to get.. I hope I helped!Health Question & Answer
