It could be possibly WHAT you eat, not HOW you eat.. Watch for any foods or drinks that may trigger your indigestion.. Maybe even get tested for food sensitivities.. Alot could have to do with your bowels too.. Do you have bowel movements regularly.? You might want to think about a colon cleanse or maybe taking a probiotic to help with digestion and digestive issues..Health Question & Answer

I am not sure of your definition of a healthy diet.. However most of the time an indigestion signifies an acidic system or parasite infestation or the depletion of the useful bacteria in the digestive system or a clogged digestive system.. One should be having at least one healthy bowel action every day..

First increase the amount of fruits you eat each day.. Make sure your diet includes citrus.. If pineapple and papaya do not cause a major problem they both carry good digestive enzymes..

Reduce the amount of carbohydrate you eat.. If you eat rice, lay off it for a while.. Eat solid foods, like yam, potatoes, pumpkins, carrots etc, in the place of rice..

Increase the amount of raw vegetables you eat..
Drink lots of home made fruit juice - if you can get hold of nuni fruit add one to your fruit juice - it also has excellent digestive enzymes..

Drink lots of home made vegetable juice..

Use ParaCleanse & BotanaCleanse - for the cleansing of parasites and the detoxing of your system.. These also include a pro biotic formula at the the end of the cleaning process that will help to restore your gastro-intestinal system
& Genesis - which will help to improve your digestive system..
Aloe Plus - is also good for the healing and soothing of the stomach
