Question: When To Take Apple Cider Vinegar.?

My stomach does not tolerate liquids in the morning at all.. Does it matter what time of day you drink your ACV, water & honey mixture.? Or does it have to be on an empty stomach.?Health Question & Answer

Do what works best for you.. Remember though to rinse your mouth or brush your teeth afterwards because ACV can break down the enamel on your teeth.. Health Question & Answer

The morning is the recommended time but if you can't then whenever.. My co-worker would mix it in her smoothies and other drinks.. I believe that the empty stomach is the best time to take it but if not better to take it than not at all..
