Question: Poor sleep patterns caused by poor blood circulation...... can u recommend an herb/vitamin other than .......?
Its been years that I have been looking for a remedy to cure my poor sleep patterns.. I have tried so many different medications, none of which have worked........ In the last few months, I have noticed whenever I have tried an herb that helps blood circulation(such as ginger or cayenne peper pills) or drink wine at night, or excersice really hard during the day(such as yoga or 1 hour or more cardio) I sleep deep and feel rested in the morning........ well, the common denaminator of all that is working is improving my blood circulation........ I have always had very low blood pressure......anyways, I am looking for recommendation on other remedies that can help blood circulation(since wine, ginger, cayenne peper all give me stomach problems)................ can u recommend other vitamins or supplements that don't effect the digestive tracks yet promote blood circulation the same way as the herbs mentions.?.?.?.? It tastes really bad but they have it in herbal pills as well but they say if you drink aloe vera juice it balences out your blood pressure and stabalizes it.. Therefore giving you better circulation and higher energy levels..

They also have a few things that help circulate the blood you can take Creatine, Green Tea, St Johns Wart, Garlic & Giner help out a lot too..

I prefer to boost my energy for my low blood pressure.. I get b12 shots and I drink ensure strawberry is the one I drink because it is a good shake plus you can make them into smothie and well it is packed full of vitamins and that seems to have helped me out alot.. Plus it tasted better then the Aloe..

Although that cures most of what you indicated including helpingthe circulation.. The rest gives you energy and the vitamins you need to operate to sleep well after..

Keep exercising and drink LOTS of water.. That is the best way to keep you blood circulating well and cleaned out.. You may want to decongest the liver and kidneys, those are the organs that filter your blood.. One way is with the herb dandelion root..Health Question & Answer

well, unfortunately, you removed two of the very best herbs for this ginger and cayenne (together with raw garlic) are the dynamic trio

still eat raw garlic three cloves a day

try these as well --only use organic or wild crafted tinctures not capsules which are pretty much useless..

organic (or wildcrafted --grown in the wolds) have 7-10 times the pytochemicals in them that prevent and cure disease

try horsetail, butcher's broom, also ginkgo (which crosses the brain blood barrier which you want to get it to the head), and grapeseed extract..

also start doing hot and cold showers once or twice a day for general circulation and health,

here is ho to do them

Hot and Cold Showers: (the most effective way to move the blood and create circulation ) Once daily, you must do a complete hot and cold shower.. You will start with hot water for 1 minute, then cold for 1 minute.. Re-peat this 7 times so the shower should last about 15 minutes.. Another time, daily, you can do a complete hot and cold shower routine again or a partial one just applying the water directly to the affected area.. Make sure while you are doing both hot and cold showers that you pay special attention to the affected area and massage it vigorously.. If the shower is impossible then use Hot packs and Ice packs..

for sleep, try melatonin 3-5 mg or more.. either use a time release or if you wake up take a half of tablet or something.. I find this very effective....if it does not work up the dose....it has been tested at hundreds of times the normal dose with no believed effects..

Inhale real lavender essential oil....this is really effective especially if you can't shut your thoughts or worries off....get it at a health food store not the synthetic kind

also good are hops, Valerian, chamomile (organic tincture or tea if chamomile but that is just a mild one)


my brother healed his gerd that was so severe he had to be hospitalized by drinking cups of raw cabbage juice.. also try drinking raw apple cider vinegar with honey and water according to Kevin Trudeau who I find quite informed.. If you can get that under control, definitely add the cayenne (preferably organic and tincture or tea form (caps as a last resort) with the 3 plus garlic cloves and the ginger to reduce the plague all through your system....

to fight blood clots.. eat garlic (cooked is helpful as long as you get in your three a day), onions, (especially at the same time you eat high cholesterol foods) hot peppers, black mushrooms (tree ear found in hot and sour soup and Asian markets).. ginger and cloves, extra virgin olive oil, (minimum 3/4th tbs a day) seafood, (mostly michael, salmon, herring and sardines--3 1..2 oz or more) tea, (black or green) and moderate red wine if desired or red/purple grape juice....three times as much as the wine.. eat lots of veggies and fruit especially high in vit c and fiber....avoid saturated and omega six fatty acids..

I had a low blood pressure problem at one time.. From my experience I believe that your sleeping problem is a symptom of another problem.. That which causes your low blood pressure.. Your pressure might be low because
1).. You might be under eating or
2).. You might not be eating enough dark green leafy vegetables or
3).. You might not be eating enough red meat.. Beef is very good for stabilizing your pressure..
4).. Or you might be having an overall nutritional deficiency..

You might need to eat a little more.. Eat all kinds of foods - vegetables, fruits, nuts whole foods (eg.. yams, potatoes etc..) and meat.. There is a large variety of fruits and vegetables so you should not be eating too much carbohydrates.. Neither should you over indulge in meet eating..

The supplement I used to help regulate my blood pressure is Ultra Vitality NutraPack..

The two best things for circulation that I know are Garlic and Genesis.. There is a caution where garlic is concerned for persons with low blood pressure.. It might cause slight dizziness..
