Answers:
Ginseng and green tea
to make
grate 1/2 tsp of fresh ginseng add to cup
add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of green tea
pour 1 cup of boiling water over it
let sit for ten min's

you can have up to 3 cups daily
for up to 3 months
do not take a higher dose or for longer or it can cause anxiety and sleep problems..
do not take after 6 pm or you may have trouble sleeping

this is what got me through exams (the only thing)
I needed to stay up all night so I took an extra cup at night..

if you feel jittery you may have to lower the dose..

if you do not like hot tea you may let it cool and drink it cold
you can add fresh lemon juice/ or honey /or both..
