it depends on the severity of the problem! If the problem is constipation and not too severe 1 cup is sufficient and should work within 2 hours. If it's severer take 2 cups of prune juice! You should get results within 3 hours. also try to figure out what caused your constipation.. Too much salt can do that. Too much cheese can also cause constipation!
