Question: Could somebody PLEASE help me.?!!.?
A few days ago i started to notice i was getting a bad head ache so i didn't think nothing of it then i woke up the next morning and i had a head ache and a blocked up nose. Now i keep coughing violently and really hurts my chest when i do cough and i keep being sick.
I've tried cough sweets, ibuprofen but nothing seems to sooth the pain.
I would be grateful if someone could tell me what this is!

Where abouts is your headache.? In the front of head or back, sides or top.?.? Do you have any facial pain.? Do you have a fever.?.? How long has this been present.? Do you have Asthma.?
Do you smoke. Sounds like you may have a sinus infection or even a bronchitis. Could even be early pneumonia The chest wall hurting can be because of coughing and it can be called costrochondirits. Or muscular pain.
Best thing to do is go see your Dr. Sounds like you need antibiotics and a cough syrup.

I am going to say you have Bronchitis, possibly with a little sinusitis, YOu need to get to doc, so they can give you some antibiotics. Hope you feel better soon..Health Question & Answer
A few years ago I had the same sort of symptoms and it turned out to be viral meningitis. If your head throbs more when you bend over, get to hospital now. No joke mate.Health Question & Answer
