Which fruits contain Lysine or L-Lysine?!

Question: Which fruits contain Lysine or L-Lysine.?
Answers:
I could not find ANY fruits listed to contain Lysine. It's in meat, cheese, beans and spirulina and fenugreek seed. Looked here: http://www.vitamins-supplements.org/amin... and here: http://www.umm.edu/altmed/articles/lysin...

Deficiency sometimes in vegetarians or in diet too high in Arginine (nuts, chocolate, dairy, meat).Health Question & Answer

Fruits and veg are generally the poorest sources of Lysine. It's better gained from dairy and lean meat. The only non-meat/dairy sources are legumes (beans and peas, peanuts etc).

To be honest, it's not normally something deficient in people's diets.Health Question & Answer
