Question: What food contains CoQ10 naturally.?
My heart needs this... so what foods naturally have the most CoQ10.?

Hi there, bascially it is pretty much impossible to get a therapeutic range of COQ10 via diet alone, however, you can choose some food sources (listed below). Heart health will also benefit from Omega 3 (EPA especially) from fish oils - or dark oily fish in general - or linseed (these are top sources).

Mackerel, salmon and sardines have the "top sources" in this list.
also, heart offal is apparently high. There are some other foods, but given that the "therapeutic range" for Coq10 is 150mg per day, then you can see how it's very difficult to attain this!
