Question: Any Sore Throat Cures.?

I have recently come down with a sore throat and i'm going to see my favourite band in concert tomorrow and i really could do without it or at least not as bad...

has anyone heard of any cures even if your not sure they work.?
i'll try them all[within reason]

internally - oil of oregano capsules or tinture; Olive Leaf extract.
