Question: Whats the natural cure for stress.?
i am having a problem with stress, always anxious, stressed...
even when i have minor problems
i stopped drinking everything contains cafein like cola, coffee, and tea also.
whats the natural cure for my stress.?

You could try taking Omega 3 fish oil products and a good Vitamin B complex because they are supposed to help with things like stress and mood. also, you could look into buying some Kava Kava tea or extract, I have heard that the capsules are useless. But I was really stressed when my mother came to visit around the time of my baby's first birthday party and I got some kava extract at the local health foods store and I took more than directed in ONE dose the first day I took it and it just made me tired and pretty cranky once it wore off, but the next few days I just took it as recommended(three doses a day) and it worked well but the effects wore off after about an hour, but I remained calm for the rest of the day anyway. Those days went pretty well, and I noticed the effect only a few minutes after drinking it. It tastes like shi* and I stopped taking it because, although it calmed me down a great deal, it also made me quite sad. But my biitchiness went away for a few days. It has VAGUELY been linked to liver disease, so read up on it A LOT if you decide to take it because it can interact with a few things. You could also try Valerian(smells like cheesy feet) which does not typically produce an immediate stress reducing reaction but can if taken regularly over a few weeks. Along with avoiding any caffeine, exercise is one of the best natural remedies for stress.

Other things you should look into include relaxation tapes, guided imagery, and massage with essential oils.

You should also make sure that you are getting enough sleep at night and that you are going to bed as early in the evening as possible.
