ok... i smoked weed a couple times this week... i know its wrong and i shouldnt have done it... i was just wondering how long it might take to get out of my system...i need an honest answer...i sweat and run cross country everyday and i drink tonss of water, and im a very petite person. so how long do you think it will take to get out of my system.?.?.?.?.?.?Health Question & Answer

Anyways, to the question. I was in the same position as you in HS. Ran 3-8 miles a day, every day, guzzled water and smoked pot. A lot more than you. I would say two weeks should have it completely out of your system. Stick to the hydration and healthy foods, as XC's do.
Last bit of advice, it wasn't wrong to smoke, enjoy it, but I would advise not jumping into intoxicating substances. And, for you yuppies out there, that includes alcohol. Just as f-ing bad as its drug brothers and sisters.Health Question & Answer

IT wasn't wrong. Don't blame the weed 'cause you can't handle it. If you're doing things you're ashamed of, you should be ashamed of yourself not for smoking but for doing something against your own will. In reality, there's nothing wrong with smoking weed at all. The only thing wrong is people who do it and think it's wrong.
