Question: What is a good supplement I can use for Detoxification & Cleansing.?
Answers:
The NutriClean System is an excellent cleansing tool that should be used twice a year for optimal digestive, liver and colon health. There are three components to the NutriClean system that work in a team effort to provide a cleansing rejuvenating effect in order to maintain proper digestive health and promote maximum performance from each of these vital systems. To ensure proper health it is beneficial to begin with a clean slate. NutriClean 7-Day System is a three-pronged approach that works diligently to purify the blood and organs as it simultaneously flushes out the colon and supports the body's natural processes of restoration and cleansing. With three components - HepatoCleanse capsules provide cleansing for the liver, Release tablets cleanse the gastrointestinal tract and enhance peristalsis and Fiber Powder provides much needed fiber and good bacteria for the colon. When taken as directed each evening, the NutriClean Digestive and Colon Maintenance System can not only provide you with a proactive means to ensure better colon health, but several associated benefits as well. I hate to bust your bubble, but there is no such thing as detoxification and cleansing when it really comes down to the body. I also feel sad for people who have wasted 16 years to become a naturalopathic doctor. I have studied 25 to become a specialist in a branch of Medicine and I can tell you one small truth. You will be wasting your time and money. Just lead a healthy life, avoid obvious chemicals and toxins you know about etc, give yourself a decent ammount of exercise etc. The human body is amazing. It takes care of itself and does not need your constant attention. Humans have survived for a long time without any cleansing when they didnt even know what to cleanse, and will survivie many more centuries weather there are any naturulopaths or not.

I have been using Detoxes and Cleanses for 16 years. There are many on the market, but if this is your first time cleansing, you need something gentle on your system. Otherwise, it can make you sick.

I always recommend 'First Cleanse', from Renew Life as your first cleanse. You can buy it in any herb store, or you can order it through their website: http://www.renewlife.com. You take it for two weeks, then you can progress to a stronger one.

They key factor in any cleanse is proper elimination. Make sure that you are having 1 to 2 bowel movements a day during the cleanse. The cleanse is going to dislodge toxins, and they must be flushed out before your body reabsorbs them.

If you don't want to purchase a cleanse kit, you can take individual supplements to detox your body. Dandelion Root and Milk Thistle are the best.

I hope this helps! Good Luck!

If your talking about drug detox water is the best. All those expensive products you see work but they don't work very well at all, in fact they hardly work at all.

If your talking about a colon cleanse, I recommend an oxygen based cleanse such as OxyPowder. The herbal ones can be dangerous. Make sure you talk to your doctor before you cleanse because he will put you on a vitamin regimen. Health Question & Answer
