I have taken prevacid since i was 10. It is the only thing i can take for my acid reflux; without I vomit everything back up. It does make me tired but I don't think it is what causes my migraines. Try taking vitamins, to perk you up especially a vitamin b12 complex. If you are still weak, tired definately talk to your doctor. There maybe something else you can take. But for me prevacid is my life saver without it i would be in the hospital with IV's pumping nutrients into my body (yes my stomach is THAT bad)Health Question & Answer

Prevacid is my drug of choice too.

I tried ranititine, nexium, protonix.
Prevacid works the best for me.

I had not realized it might be the cause of me being tired.
As B and C vitamins are water soluble and it's unlikely to overdose on them, I'm going to try taking extra B vitamins too.Health Question & Answer

Maybe the prevacid is dehydrating you. lacking the correct amount of water in your body can cause headaches, fatigue, and weakness in the muscles. Drink more water and see what happens.Health Question & Answer

if you take acid blocking medicine, nutrients may not be absorbed as well. You could be tired because you're not getting all the vitamins you need from your food.Health Question & Answer

follow up with your doctor.Health Question & Answer
