What's the best vitamin/ fruit for the mind to be normal?!


Question: What's the best vitamin/ fruit for the mind to be normal.?
I heard there are vitamins [suplimments] teenagers [or adults] can take to help strengthen the mind to focus and not think stupidly
[in other words: not think SOOO much ALL the time]
I think too much, sometimes even stuff I shouldnt to be honest lol, but I took some vitamins before and over a few weeks they helped ALOT, I dont remember what they were :(
and I can't seem to focus at all in school [im on an online school whish SHOULD be easier, but I tend to get distracted and cant do any hw! Im 74 lessons behind ALREADY!!!! please help.?
