Question: How can i cure constipation.?
I don't want to use any laxatives or stool softeners, but i would like some natural tips for how to be able to poo eisily. I am not trying to be funny here, but serious!Health Question & Answer

Be inventive with your salads, adding radish, sunflower seeds, carrots, cabbage, raw peas, garbanzo beans. Overcooking veggies destroys the fiber, so steam those you can't eat raw.

Make sure you get enough healthy fats like olive oil and flaxseed oil and coconut oil. Dieters avoiding fat sometimes bring on constipation.

Be sure to drink plenty of water. If you drink coffee or tea or soft drinks or fruit juices you may need more water than you think. These quench our natural thirst and fool us into thinking we don't need water.

Get some exercise. Really helpful to take a walk a few minutes after you eat. Movement in the body helps the bowels relax.

Get into a routine. If you get an urge, go. Putting it off can throw your schedule off. Drinking something hot with breakfast can sometimes bring on the urge. A 4 oz glass of wine with dinner will do the same thing.

Go easy on dairy products. Calcium can be binding. If you eat yogurt, throw in some berries. Eat an apple with your cheese snack. Put raisins and nuts in your bowl of cereal. Consider alternatives like rice, soy or almond milk.
