Ok if you cut back on an anti deppressant, its not to smart without the consent of your dr. If its making you crave sweet foods eat fruits and drink water to take away the craving. Backing Off of an antideppresant will just make you more depressed and want comfort foods instead of healthy.Health Question & Answer
I would stop taking the pill, and stop being depressed,but if you don't wanna stop taking it I would consider eating healthier and maybe just a little less.Health Question & Answer
