come on it's part of life - you've taken some herbs and well when they expand in your stomach you might burp and well taste the aftertaste of it.

Wormwood, for sure. Its waaay more bitter than grapefruit seed extract or kelp. I never tried poppy or wild lettuce, so I don't know how bad they are.

The top 3 for me have been Wormwood, Poppy latex and Wild Lettuce latex. *shudder* They were pretty equal to each other, as far as bitterness goes.

The bitterest I have ever taken is Grapefruit Seed Extract. It's BITTER! Whoa!
