The salt water works ok, but my bohemian grandmother (god bless her) used to have us snort a mixture of milk and cinnamon to clean our nasal cave system.

I still recommend it to patients to this day. Sometimes granny's tricks just work bestHealth Question & Answer

An over the counter saline spray works wonders.
You can even make some at home by using a 1/2 teaspoon of salt to 1 cup of warm water.
Splash it into your nose or use an eye dropper.
The other thing that works well is to hold your nose, close your mouth, and swallow.
Do it several times to clear stuff from your ears and sinuses.Health Question & Answer

Please dont let this be correct, ive done recent experiments, long (about 25 years ago) and near (1 month ago) on the Cinnamilk. Please, take it down, I cannot let that information go out to the public. Cinnamilk just works way to well, its disturbing how much it cures. I am asking- PLEADING- please, just please.

But to the point, as a professor and used to be doctor, (before retiring my white coat (inside joke HA!) use nasonix, or you can see your local doctor and he'll prescribe you Sinusic Usablium. Its in its testing phase but it works wonders, we dont know the fully side effects but 39% of them are good side effects, also its very cheap. The military is currently "testing" it, but theyre giving it to their troops for going to sick call, theyre calling it Motrin (lol). Alright, take care.

I hope your cold goes away!Health Question & Answer

Honestly, I wish doctors would stop posting things like this. Is there no such thing as an 'insider' anymore.? You do not have to share cures like cinnamilk with the general public. How do people who work for drug companies supposed to make any money.?

Anyways, I would suggest a name brand expensive nasal treatment. Cinnamilk does work just as well, but you have insurance anyways I'm sure and drug companies need the insurance money to keep fighting cancer and the like.Health Question & Answer
