Question: Why does Tea taste like cigarette ashes.?
I was drinking some tea earlier and I noticed that it taste like some one just dropped a cigar in a cup. And this isn't the first time I noticed this, same with that lipton bottled lemon tea stuff.

It certainly shouldn't. Try changing brands of tea. For the best tea, buy it loose and brew it properly. But tea bags can make pretty nice tea, too. I wouldn't give a dime for the pre-bottled stuff.Health Question & Answer
