To answer the question about Reliv, it's hard to say since everyone differs so greatly. However, Reliv is chocked full of every useful herb and vitamin and whatever the hell else you need. I used to drink it, and noticed I felt better (at 21 years of age) but don't drink it anymore because I'm lazy and it tastes like ****. Topic creams and the like are just that, they give a cool or a warm sensation but do nothing to the actual problem of arthritis. I have it my knees, my sacro illiac which is my lower back and it now has reached my l4 and l5 of my spine, it is also in my shoulders. It can be extremely painful as I am sure you are aware. I suggest you see a reumatologist who will have you do ex rays and a bone density test to see how sever your case it. In my case I am now taking 300mg of Ralivia and Dilaudid and 20 mg of Citalopram. All this so I can have some measure of quality of life instead of being in constant pain. If you see that doctor as I suggested, you will be a new person before you know it or at least feel alot betterHealth Question & Answer
