Ok, I'm taking Lexapro 10 Mg.; I usually take my pill once a day in the morning between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Right now, I have a sinus drainage and I feel like crap; A friend gave me 3 sinus pills and told me to take 1 pill a day; The pill is called " Phenylephrine HCI 10 Mg." I don't want to like over-dose or have a bad reaction with the Lexapro; Am I ok if I take the pill.? Health Question & Answer
