Vitamin b6.. is it good or bad?!

Question: Vitamin b6.. is it good or bad.?
I recently started taking b6 for fertility and pre-menstrual symptoms. I'm taking 100mg pills of it. I keep hearing conflicting answers about it being bad, and then being good for other people.

I don't want to end up using it and messing myself up!!

Do you think it is a bad thing to take or not.?.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
its not bad for you unless you take too much. Around like 500 mg daily will cause serious nerve damage, but 100 mg occasionally is perfectly fine. So to be on the safe side you can take that every few days with no problems, I wouldn't take any more than that unless you've spoken with a doctor and he/she says you can take more.Health Question & Answer

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)
Pyridoxine is needed for protein and carbohydrate metabolism, the formation of red blood cells and certain brain chemicals. It influences brain processes and development, immune function and steroid hormone activity. More information about pyridoxine:
