Can i take viatamin A, C and calcuim and omega 3 in a day?!


Question: Can i take viatamin A, C and calcuim and omega 3 in a day.?
im planing to take these 4 supplements in a day after each meal.

calcium and vitamin A after breakfast, omega3 after lunch vitamin C after dinner...
but is it ok or im not supposed to take them together in one day.?.?

You can certainly take all of these in a day. It is best to take all of the vitamins with breakfast and the calcium in the evening. You want to take a calcium supplement that has Vitamin D in it.

The best way to get vitamins though is through a healthy diet. The best diet is one that is made up of mostly whole grains and fiber-rich foods and fresh fruits and vegetables. I would suggest that the vitamins and the omega 3's may be taken right with your meal. The calcium may not be effective as a supplement unless it is supported with vitamin D intake. I would prefer to see you eat dark green leafy veggies for the calcium and also to eat some sardines which are a good source of calcium and omega 3's. Excess calcium supplementation has been associated with formation of kidney stones in some cases.
The reason for taking vitamins with a meal is that the biological processes that they affect are often related to metabolism of the foods we eat. Generally we say to take vitamins (and other nutrients) with a meal and herbs in between.

Yes.

After breakfast I take a Vitamin D, Calcium, and Biotin (for Hair Skin Nails) vitamin.

After lunch I drink Organic Pomegranate Juice (rich in antioxidants- 3x's the amount than red wine)

After lunch I take another Biotin Vitamin, Multi Vitamin, and then my Omega 3 vitamins.

Yes, those are perfectly safe to take together. In fact, there are several multivitamins that have all of those together.
The only thing to watch out for is that you shouldn't take more than 600 mg of Calcium at any given point in time because your body can't absorb more than that at once... and if your body can't absorb it, it could be deposited elsewhere in your body.

Sure you can take them all in one day, just make sure you have plenty antioxidants to back them up (Fruits and vegetables) because your body will not absorb these in the absence of antioxidants.
