What's better at removing headaches?!

Question: What's better at removing headaches.?
Rosemary or St John's Wort.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
That depends on what is causing the headache. For most, I would say Rosemary. It is especially good at relieving sinus pain. Avoid it if you have high blood pressure. St. John's typically works more on the surface, in my experience, although it is good for sprains.

An excellent headache remedy is Lavender oil, dabbed on the temples and the base of the neck. Even works on sinus headache, but the fumes cause you to have to sit with your eyes closed for a time. I keep a small bottle of lavender oil in my purse and find that it works on about 90% of the headaches I come across in my acquaintances. For really stubborn pain, sometimes adding a drop of Peppermint or Rosemary does the trick.Health Question & Answer

I agree with Janet S when it comes to headaches and Lavender oil...I have a history of migraines, tension headaches, and just plain old headaches--none of which are the same type of pain...or symptom! When I get just regular headaches, I go straight for the Lavender oil--works great when you massage it on your temples!Health Question & Answer

I don't want you to think that am being nasty or just trying to pull your leg, I suffer from bad migraines ever since i was a child and now that am a married woman i have discovered that sex always does the trick.Health Question & Answer
