calcium. i do take these after i have eaten. just curious to see if anyone else has had any adverse reactions to any of these.....thanks
I am in my early 40's with no previous health issues and have a fairly good diet, no weight issue and try to exercise gently about 3 x week.Health Question & Answer

Supplements can legally be unsafe. They do not have to adhere to any regulations and commonly do not contain the correct amounts of ingredient they list. Since herbs are drugs and can have effects on your body, if the pill has the wrong amount, you could OD.

Ask your (medical) doctor if these herbs are safe together.Health Question & Answer

Generally vitamins won't make you sick unless you take too much of something. You may have just begun to develop these symptoms as you've aged. The best thing to do is try to have a balanced diet and supplement it with half a vitamin in the morning and half in the afternoon. A lot of vitamins are water soluble so you'll need them throughout the day or...well you'll just pee them out.

I've heard some bad things about certain kelp sources so try to cut them out of your diet.Health Question & Answer

None of these should be making you sick. You really need to go to a qualified naturopath to see what is really going on and why you are not feeling well. Health Question & Answer
