i need to know another medication generic, brand, popular, or unknown as long as i dont need a prescription!! that is used basically for the same reason as tylenol, aspirin, and advil, but not THE SAME PILLY THING W/A DIFFERENT NAME!!!!!!!

But the other two you list are acetaminophen - so thats really only one drug
For another class of drug, you might want to consider Aleve (naproxyn sodium) - which also reduces inflammation and fever

Tink, Advil is ibuprofen, not acetaminophen. check your labels. No matter what brand names there is really only 4 kinds of over the counter pain reliever, naproxin, ibuprofen, aspirin and acetaminophen. All the other names, like Bayer, Excedrin, Aleve are brand names of these drugs. some, like Excedrin add caffeine to make them work fasterHealth Question & Answer
