I researched online schools for natural health and found that none of them are accredited by agencies that are state-approved. They are usually accredited by agencies that are not state-approved, which means the credits will not transfer, and also your certification may not be legitimate depending on the rules in your state, or changes to the laws int he future even of you are in a lenient state.
Kind of a bummer, I know. I'd love to find something...
The only not-online schools (land/campus) that I know of that are state-accredited (there are are very very few in the US) are Bastyr University in Seattle, Tai Sophia (grad school only) in Baltimore, and there are I think 3 more schools, and one is Connecticut for chiropractors.
Some regular colleges/universities might have degrees in nutrition, public health, counselor, and/or massage therapy and might be options for some people, at least to get started on something that is lasting (and legal cert)...
