Over the years, I have used psyllium seeds, bentonite clay and enemas to cleanse the colon. By enemas, I mean the bag that holds, I think, about two quarts of water, not the medicinal enemas sold in most drug stores.
It's been at least 3 years since doing the cleanses so I don't recall specific brands for psyllium seeds or bentonite clay. You can ask in a health food store or check it out thru google. I've done this in the past using New Start. It's an all in one internal cleansing kit, but you can order the just the colon cleansing individually. Works great and is quite convenient.Health Question & Answer
