Does Bach Rescue Remedy really work? Has anyone tried it?!

The best thing to do is try it, it cant do you any harm, I just started using it and I have done a short course on Bach flower remedies, my teenage sister uses the rescue sleep and says it really helps her and i gave a bottle to another sister who has panic attacks all the time and she said its good, I am just starting to use it on my dog to help him deal with being along now that I am working a lot, I work in a health shop and we sell a lot of it, a lot of people recommend it!!Health Question & Answer

I believe it works for some people. I have friends who "swear by it." It doesn't do a thing for me, however. I don't think it is a placebo because they sell it for pets and lots of people say it works great on children. One customer uses it to put a skittish horse in a trailer.

It won't hurt you and might help. I might also suggest you get plenty of sleep the night before your presentation and avoid caffeine that day.Health Question & Answer

I think they work ...I have given it to my grandchildren to settle them down before going to bed....an I used to give some to my Mum to help her settle down at times when she was anxious....it did the job.Health Question & Answer
