Regular Apple Cider Vinegar Vs. "unfiltered" or "raw" Apple Cider Vinegar?!

Question: Regular Apple Cider Vinegar Vs. "unfiltered" or "raw" Apple Cider Vinegar.?
Is there a difference.?

For instance, I bought a big gallon of apple cider vinegar from the grocery store....generic brand.
I am going to drink it before meals and before bed time to help speed up my metabolism and lose a little weight.
Is this vinegar ok.? OR do I need the brand name apple cider vinegar like "Bragg's" or one that you would get at a health store that is "unfiltered" and "raw".?

Please only answer if you know or if you have done this before. Thank you.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Part of it depends on the company... meaning that some companies don't list on the front of the label if they are unfiltered or not.

In any case, the raw/unfiltered is the best type because it has the most nutritional benefits to it. Nice call!Health Question & Answer

Same difference...it's just vinegar (a 5-10% solution of Acetic Acid)
It has no particular health benefits, and won't "speed up" your metabolism.

If you've got a gallon of the stuff, you're going to have enough salad dressing for a few years.Health Question & Answer
