Question: If i take Hyland's Nerve Tonic capsules or St. John's Wort Capsules pills will they ACTUALLY........?

help me become less nervous.? I have to do a speech and i honestly freak out, i am SOOOO nerrvous cuz i always get shortness of breath and stutter. my heart starts beating SOOO fast.

does anyone know if these pills actually help to make you have less anxiety and be less nervous.?

St. John's Wort will not work immediately. It takes about 30 days to get your levels up just as if you were taking an anti-depressant.

The Hyland's Nerve Tonic will work in about 30 min. I personally use the Hylands Calms Forte. I think they are better than the Nerve Tonic. The Calms are for nerves and sleep. If you feel nervous take 2 tabs but you might want to try them first to see how they affect you. If you take 3 they might make you sleepy. So, I would suggest the Hylands - either one.Health Question & Answer

St. Johns Wort isn't much help for speech as it can make you tired and sleepy! Pills aren't the answer but if you must take something I suggest a whole body normalizer such as Ginseng! For less anxiety Arnica or Green TeaHealth Question & Answer
